The staff was all very helpful.

We were expecting a few more activities to be available.

the food was perfect everyday

No small cosmetics - like shampoo and hair conditioner - in the room...

Great rooms in the new building. Great buffet both for breakfast and dinner. Amazing quality and variety. I was really positively surprised by the quality of the dinner buffet. The pool and Sauna are also really nice and the staff is really great.

The hotel is nice and our stay was very good. The Staff is ok, the rooms are clean and the swimming pool and the sauna are big and comfortable. The parking is very easy, the WiFi in the room was good and the TV had some italian channels. The food was also good and variuos for the breakfast but also for the dinner.

1) The restaurant is very good but if you go after 8 PM (it closes at 8.30 PM) you find lot of cold dishes. I think they stop coocking at 8 PM. 2) The waiters are accurate but sometimes they take your dish when you still have not finished your meal... 3) The prices of water is too high! We know that in Austria and Germany water is more expensive than beer but here it was exaggerated, mostly the price of the tap water... 4) The swimming pool is cool but temperature is a little bit cold (this may be subjective) but more than anything else it is full of children bomb diving... If you are looking for some relax don't go there...

It is a perfect place for calm summer holidays with nature, relaxing and sports. The hotel is nice, partly modern, partly "alpine style". The kitchen is excellent with a lot of choices. In winter time the ski lopes are just behind the house, at summer time you can hike directly from hotel. Sauna and spa is one of the best areas that I have seen in hotels in this category.

heating can not controlled and the rooms are to warm

-Lovely staff.. food typical standard for the area..but desserts were nicer than previous hotels in area. -bar staff lovely - housekeeping staff lovely and great at their job -food....Buffet style serve , great you can have as much or little as you want. Serving staff and front house cooks exceptional, helpful, attentive aclealiness standards fabulous -Saunas and well being areas great facilities in hotel. Robe and bag to use at pool and wellbeing sauna etc orovided by hotel and slippers

-Boot room a little tired and small for hotel size prefer access on ground level and not have to go downstairs in ski boots -No water, coffee and tea facilities in older hotel section. - no net curtain in older hotel rooms. The older hotel side is still lovely, but our room was in old part (306j and in the corner, so it meant the room at right angle to us in new hotel section, could see into our room , if we did not close the main curtains. This meant after we returned and showered we couldn’t lie on bed to enjoy view, before dark. The rooms in new part of hotel had net/viole covering their windows. -TV choice for British tv is poor, but we took fire stick so could watch Netflix using free WiFi -not a dislike, but some may want to be aware...The staff did not speak as fluent English as hotels in St Johan town, but we had no problems with this and we just need to make more effort to speak other languages... just had got used to the wider use of English in town -In general staff were lovely, polite and helpful....with the exception of one of the ladies on front desk for our checkout, she was not helpful and we felt quite rude to us. We paid part cash, which she was t happy with we had booked a taxi for airport transfer as this was done via hotel we thought it would go on did not...apart from her general lack of interest in us and her obvious dislike of us splitting our payment type, we then had no cash to pay for taxi, she did not allow or offer us opportunity to take the cash back, which was still in her hand and adjust the payment for payment by card and our next stop was the airport...we had to find a cash point en route.

Nice and relaxed wellness, good sized room and bathroom. Friendly personel. Well assorted breakfast

Queue at the coffee machine at the breakfast, only one was working. Maybe coffee could have been made elsewhere and distributed.

the food was less than average

We (2 adults, 2 children - 3 and 7) stayed at the hotel during summer. The hotel is modern and has very nice views of the surrounding mountains. We especially liked the food (dinner and breakfast), particularly the desserts were super good. The welcome drink at the bar was well appreciated as well as the very friendly staff.

Junior suite has really great size, it’s modern, functional and new.

I was staying in a room facing the main road, where majority of the rooms are facing. The road is very busy, and the noice did not allow us to keep the windows opened during night time. There is limited amount of rooms facing the back side of the hotel which might be more quiet but there is a kid’s playground located there.. The hotel is quite big, packed with people during main season so if you are looking for relaxing holiday you better choose an other type of accommodation and location.

What a great choice!perfect location for skiing in skistar, access within10- 25 mins to the other best ski resorts(kitzbuhel,skiwelt,saalbach..),dinner and breakfast of great variety, wellness center good enough, comfy rooms...many thanks for the warm welcome we received, even if we were late upon arrival the staff set a table just for us with all the good stuff..amazing stay!

Everything else. The view, location, rooms, pool, food, staff, pretty much everything!

Rooms were very hot
Treacy Steidl

The staff was professional. We asked for lunchpackets due to early departure (05:00) and it was no problem. The packets waited for us at the reception by the departure time. The check out was no problem even at 5 am. The buffet food changed mainly from evening to evening (we stayed 3 nights). The quaility of the food was good. A broad spectrum of food was covered at every occassion so I expect everyone can find something satisfying his/her taste. The facility is modern and clean.

The matrasses were a little bit too soft four our taste (that was the only drawback for us).

Location - directly by MTB trails to the mountains (we stayed in hotel in May). Buffet dinner - great food, so good. Pool with nice view to the mountains.

Ich weiß es nicht.

Very nice experience! I can recommend this hotel to hikers who love to have the wellness after a long day. Food is excellent and personnel is very friendly. Rooms are quiet and the view is nice. 10++

No negative points.

Very nice hotel near slopes. Just put on your skies and go. Hotel is very nice, clean. Breakfasts and dinners are very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Only one thing was not good for us - there is no heater in the room, so we had a problem with drying clothes after skiing.
Rentsch Ambrose

Great set up. Perfect skiing holiday with family. Hotel has everything you need. Pool is the best after a day on the slopes!

Rooms were nice on the executive floor. Food was great. Katherine was really a great help. Ski school and rental in the building and left next door. Swimming pool overcrowded with little kids.

Dinner time too early. Hotel is really for families with small kids. We were on the executive floor but tea and coffee was taken away in the evening and morning. Bar was full of noisy small children. Nothing to do in the evening.
Sukey Villacana

A very nice modern hotel Amazing food (both breakfast and dinner) definitely worthy of a 5 star hotel and for every taste. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For us the only minus was that it was too hot in the room and also at the restaurant, lobby etc.. The room temperature must have been probably around 26 degrees Celsius. We had to keep windows slightly open all night in order to be able to sleep. The hotel is very popular with Dutch guests which of course is not a negative point in itself, but if your child does not speak Dutch, it will be tough for them to make friends.
Dygall Molpus

The hotel was perfectly located at the bottom of one of the ski lifts. The food was very good and the staff incredible helpful.

The pillows - the only negative!
Seale Lindstrom

Apart from one member of staff they were all extremely happy and genuinely seemed to help out of good heartedness not duty. The house keeping was fantastic not a grubby corner in sight. Beautiful spa and pool. Fantastic ski runs on your doorstep. All staff on the lifts were an absolute delight.

Please get new pillows, maybe turn the heating down a bit in the rooms and I know it’s a big ask but maybe have tea and coffee facilities offered at all times for free. ( it doesn’t have to be in the rooms) if you can’t do that then at least offer coffee or tea after dinner for free. Lastly don’t charge 4€ for a carafe of water it just seems petty.
