The hotel rooms are modern and the pool facilities are fantastic for children.

The restaurant arrangement is badly organised, people were stood up eating there dinner due to lack of tables. Cutlery had ran out and when I asked for a bowl I was told no more and the waiter walked off, the chicken wasn’t cooked and I found a maggot in my sons plum. Overall a disappointing experience for a hotel that we had been looking forward to staying in. When I spoke to reception about the food the receptionist laughed and spoke to his colleague in Bulgarian. We were not offered anything as a good will gesture after the experience. Being a regular visitor to Bulgaria I will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it.

The food was good. The water slides were nice. The animation team was nice. Sheets and towels were changed every morning.

The staff was really unfriendly, at least the ones at reception and bartenders at snack bar (even after tipping them multiple times). The appartment not clean, lack of hangers in bathroom, lack of hair dryer (even after requesting one and getting confirmation that we will receive it), lack of table on balcony, very small and old tube tv in one of the rooms, sunbeds were always reserved with towels on them.

Lads holiday, perfect location, close enough to the action bit far enough not to hear it. Lots of families too, so people were respectful if you were. If you were to eat out everyday for 4 days without booze it would be 2/3 times this hotel’s total all inclusive cost!!

Don’t eat the chicken. Was always raw but tons of other food options, did not hinder holiday in slightest
